Moving towards products made from Earth friendly and recyclable products such as:
Bamboo, Hemp, Organic Cotton and 85%Post consumer recyclable materials (PET) and 45% post industrial materials.
Our Production
Our production facility is one of the first of its kind to boast eco friendly steps in most aspects of production;
a) We have switched to newly developed eco friendly inks that are water soluble and are no longer solvent based requiring harsh chemicals for wash out.
b) We do all our washes with water soluble detergents that completely eradicate solvents from going into our drainage system.
c) 'Screen freezing' - screens are sealed with a layer of ink making it unnecessary to wash up the screen after each use.
d) Our reclamation process is thus reduced by 60% saving on ink use and detergents.
e) The overall result is excellent quality production with minimal damage to the environment.
